What employers ask us
Honest answers, no sales spin.
What's the minimum number of workers I can request? +
We typically place crews of 3–8 workers per project, but we're flexible. Single-worker placements are available on the J-1 Fast Track tier. Contact us and we'll find the right fit for your project scope.
How does the visa process work? +
CraftCorps handles the full visa sponsorship process. For H-2B Placement, we sponsor H-2B temporary work visas. For EB-3 Premium, we file PERM labor certification, I-140 immigrant petitions, and guide workers through green card processing. Your only involvement is approving the candidate profiles we send you.
What happens to workers after their visa expires? +
On H-2B Placement, workers work under H-2B visa status (6–12 months). On the H-2B + Training tier, we help transition workers to extended H-2B or EB-3 pathways for longer-term US presence. On EB-3 Premium, workers receive green cards and can stay permanently.
Who handles worker housing? +
CraftCorps coordinates housing before workers arrive. We arrange safe, affordable housing near your jobsite through vetted local partners. Housing costs are not included in the placement fee — we provide transparent housing cost estimates during the matching process so you can factor them in.
Are certifications recognized nationwide? +
Yes. Our trade certifications are issued by recognized US industry bodies and the registered apprenticeship program is federally recognized. OSHA-10 is valid in all 50 states. We can provide full credential documentation for your HR and compliance records.
Can I request workers with specific trade experience? +
Absolutely. We screen for trade experience during recruitment and match based on your project requirements — framing, electrical, plumbing, or masonry. When you submit an employer interest form, include your trade needs and we'll send candidate profiles before any commitment.
What if a worker doesn't work out? +
We provide replacement support. If a worker doesn't meet performance expectations within the first 30 days, we'll work to find a suitable replacement at no additional placement fee. We want the match to work as badly as you do.

Why transparent pricing matters

Every other workforce provider hides their pricing until you're deep in the sales process. We believe upfront pricing is the first sign of a company you can trust.

No Surprise Fees

The price you see is the price you pay. Training, certifications, visa, and coordination all included.

Budget with Confidence

Know your exact cost per worker before you sign anything. No RFP surprises.

Compare Apples to Apples

$1,500 to $5,000 per worker vs. $10,000+ alternatives. The math is on our side.

No Long Contracts

We're paid per placement. If our workers don't deliver, you don't keep paying.
